Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though well-appointed and themed after different city architectural designs, tended to get stuffy and needed air freshening. While the friendly service, especially from staff members like Pandley and the receptionists, was fantastic, the ongoing construction noise at night was quite disruptive. The location, although a bit isolated and requiring frequent taxi bookings, was saved by being closer to the metro station. The dining experience offered excellent service but lacked variety, especially in the morning.
The hotel is conveniently located near a large mall, making it ideal for a solo traveler man. The rooms, although not very spacious, are well-designed and comfortable. However, I was assigned a smoking room with a different design unexpectedly.
The hotel is cozy and very clean, offering spacious and well-appointed rooms. The service, especially from the Front Office team, is marked by professional hospitality and excellent internet connection. However, the booking disappointment with the PWD room can be a drawback. The location is very good for me, but the construction around the hotel affects accessibility. Despite the proximity to the downtown area, the hotel is near attractive areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The neighboring rooms looked much better in pictures, which was a bit misleading. However, the afternoon staff was unpleasant. On the bright side, the room had a mug available for use.
The hotel offers cozy and well-designed rooms, which I appreciated, but I found the sizes to be terribly small, even in the suites. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful staff with some issues in professionalism. The location required extra taxi expenses due to being isolated, despite being close to the city center. The dining experience had good choices but could have more daily variations. The facilities were average.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. However, the hotel had some issues with the room temperature getting hot and a lingering smell of smoking despite not having smoked in the room. The location was convenient for me as it was near the airport, just a short 7-minute drive to terminal 3, but the ongoing construction nearby caused some disturbances.
My stay at the hotel was a mixture of delight and disappointment. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a wonderful view of Dubai and the Burj al Khalifa from the balcony, though the size was tiny even though I paid for a normal-sized room.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to various attractions, but a bit challenging without a vehicle. The service was a mix of unfriendly and helpful staff. The rooms were small, not clean, with insect issues, and maintenance problems. On the bright side, the dining was diverse and good, offering a mix of cuisines.
The hotel had a few drawbacks, such as small rooms not suitable for two beds and a bit far from the city center. However, the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the dining options were enjoyable. Overall, a decent stay with both pros and cons.
The hotel had clean, tidy rooms with all necessary amenities but lacked breakfast inclusion, which cost an additional A$13. The service, despite being friendly, was careless at times. The location was convenient for airport access but suffered from poor views and construction noise. The dining experience, although so-so, surprised with a delicious breakfast. Overall, the hotel offers value for money but has room for improvement in various aspects.
The hotel stands out with its unique themed rooms depicting backdrops of London and New York, offering clean and tidy accommodations with all necessary amenities.
The hotel feels like a nightmare with small, unclean rooms infested with insects and faulty air conditioning. The staff seemed more like they were doing me a favor rather than offering genuine service. The location is a mixed bag, good for those with cars but terrible for walking due to construction and sand around the area. Dining was a hit or miss experience, with poor and excellent options available.
The hotel rooms were disappointing with cleanliness issues, insects, and a faulty air conditioner. The lack of response from staff to address these issues was frustrating. On the positive side, the gym and rooftop beach were spacious and comfortable, resembling a higher-star experience.
The hotel has a nice balcony, making it easy to relax, but the rooms are a bit congested with extra tables. Sadly, the loud instruments were available but not offered to us. However, the cleanliness was top-notch.
The hotel had quirky and creative rooms, reminiscent of a 1 or 2-star European hotel, but with a view of a dusty construction site across the street. The staff were helpful but also engaged in negative gossip in another language, unaware that we understood, and were a bit too intrusive when it came to checking the AC condition during their lunch break. The location was convenient near the airport despite ongoing road works, offering a superb breakfast with a variety of food, although the surroundings were dusty and noisy due to construction. The dining experience lacked quality, but the reception staff were somewhat accommodating, although breakfast was not included in the stay. The facilities were decent, although lacking in some areas.
